Bold acidic flavours origin from local lingonberries and summey spruce tips. Wild and forrest flavor notes are present in aroma and in flavors.
Flanders red flavors are well presented, strong balsamico and red wine vinegar, wet leather accompanied by little estonian twist from black bread crust. Lingonberry skin and bittery sourness and spruce tip flavors are strongly in aftertaste.
