Peated Imperial Stout
This is a special one – our head brewer Sten is from a little town called Tõrva. The name of the town comes from an old legend where there was a guy who used to produce tar in the local forest using tree stumps (tar is tõrv in Estonian). So here’s a beer that is inspired by tar – a thick imperial stout with oats and some peated malts. It’s a surprisingly pleasant experience.
